Every home plan is assigned a Price Schedule (A, B, C, or D) based on the size of the plan. To determine the price of your plan consult the table below to obtain the correct price information for the number of sets of the plan you wish to order. Then call toll-free 1-866-Draw-Me-1 or 1-800-607-7943 to place an order with me. Checks are accepted. (Electronic on-line ordering is not yet available).
