$250.00 for a Consulting Fee
- includes determining what you need in a remodeling plan
-includes giving an estimate of what the new remodeling and addition would actually cost to build
-includes determining if the new remodeling and addition fits into your budget
-includes determining if you need to just buy a different house
- includes determining if you need to just tear the existing house down and start over
Remodeling Blueprints
$1.50 per square foot for house plans, garages, basements, room additions,
which is going to be building plans that are builder approved and qualify for a building permit.
A retainer fee of 35%, which comes out of the total of the final cost, is required.
Custom House Plans
$1.50 per square foot for heated space.
Garages, porches and basements are priced per project.
$1.50 for finished basements.
All plans are builder approved and qualify for a building permit.
Commercial Art
$350.00 for 8"x 11" or smaller.
